Thai bodywork or Thai "yoga"  uses meridian compression, joint rotation and light stretching, as well as massage techniques over the clothing to leave you feeling more free to move with less restriction in your range of motion. Reiki is universal energy in and around the body, flowing through breath and light calming touch. Reiki energywork helps to relax, balance and center the body.   Reiki promotes clearing out stuck energy and/or old thought patterns so that we may be guided by our soul.  Old "issues"; unprocessed emotions and feelings get stuck int our fascia, muscles and joints, creating restrictions to moving forward with ease and presence.

Ear candling involves placing a hollow candle (made from a fabric tube soaked in beeswax) in the external auditory canal. The candle is then lit and burned for about 15 minutes. After the procedure is finished, a brown waxy mixture of ear wax, debris, yeast, and bacteria, are left in the candle stub. Includes consultation and ear candling session.

Session begins with check-in questions on feelings and goals. Guided drop into the body, connecting to your breath, somatic awareness (physical body sensations + thoughts/feelings), acknowledging what to be addressed while you are supported to let your body lead how to move forward on your journey. Reiki / Blended Energy healing assists processing and moving stagnant energy. ​Coaching helps address layers within personal, professional, healing, spiritual or body-mind-spirit, or relationship issues, etc.

A blended light language and Reiki session for couples in romantic/spousal/life partnerships, as well as those in other relationships, such as family & friendships. This session is focused on expanding individual heart chakras-bringing heart coherence to the couple while clearing discordant energies. Enhancing connection both energetically and physically.

Jenelle will be using Reiki and optional Light Language to energetically support your Body-Mind-Spirit during this session while Christine, trained detox specialist, applies pressure to these neuro-lymphatic reflex points to help your body: remove toxins, energize yourself, prevent illness, help overcome existing illness, clear stuck emotions or thoughts. Gently massaging these points supports the flow of lymph, balances related meridians, and benefits the organs served by the lymphatic system. Jenelle will help guide the energy within your body as it is opened to flow easier.
