I’m here to help you remember what your body has been whispering (or screaming):

healing starts when you stop running from yourself or avoiding what is showing up for you in this moment.

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and founder of Holistic Journey Healing Collective in O’Fallon, IL — a space for deep transformation, connection, and authentic living. My work blends intuitive bodywork, energy medicine, breath, sound, movement, and embodiment practices to help you release what’s been held in your fascia, your nervous system, and your heart.

For over 15 years, I’ve created and guided healing spaces — from a metaphysical storefront and wellness center to my private practice and now a studio Healing Collective that gives other healers a platform to share their gifts. My journey has taken me through many lessons and personal growth: 24 years of chronic pain, PTSD, and the challenges of being an empath and a military veteran have taught me that healing is a layered process — messy, uncomfortable, and deeply worth it.

Some truths about the Journey back Home to your body:

• The body remembers what the mind tries to forget. (Many books and research validate this inner knowing.)

• Pain is often the body’s request for presence. 1. Acknowledgement, 2. nervous system regulation, and 3. emotional processing takes time, while the body heals = all 3 are necessary.

• The only way out is IN. Allowing yourself to be supported and identifying your needs becomes a catalyst to healing. Allow yourself to get real with what you’re feeling and open up more than ever to recalibrate your energy along the way.

I work with people who are ready to face their stored emotions, shift outdated patterns, and open up to the flow of life again. My sessions are intuitive and collaborative — your body leads, I listen, and together we follow its cues toward relief and reconnection.

I want you to know - I’m walking this path, too. I prioritize my own self-care and spiritual connection so I can hold space for you to do the same. Having had some physical setbacks recently, it has taken gradual surrendering and deepening my awareness to understand my inner wisdom, rather than follow the demands of the world around me, and numb myself to function through energetic discomfort. 2025 has offered me clarity and deeper trust in my Soul-led purpose.
