About Us

Jennifer L. Smith, LMT, Certified Feminine Embodiment Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Instructor

Jennifer is a heart-centered bodyworker, intuitive energy healer, mother to a 11yr old son, Army Reserve Veteran and business owner of 14 years (managing chronic pain for 22).

Jen continues her personal and professional journey to integrate holistic wellness and empower your Self-care.

Jennifer's intention is for you to feel safe as a foundation to heal. From here our healing journey helps us feel fully embodied; whole, comfortable in your body, expressing your emotions and living from your authentic self.

Part of healing is recognizing the need to LET GO of the resistance we HOLD onto (possibly from outdated mindset and beliefs, or what we store as an empathic sponge); this is what causes our pain, stress and discomfort. Years of dismissing our emotions and/or needs, creating a web of restrictions that your body remembers. The ONLY way out is IN.

Into the body -- to feel and acknowledge what we are rejecting. To learn how to OPEN up our energy, awareness, our heart.

Jennifer 's goal of helping alleviate pain to encourage moving towards healing the root causes of issues is an inward, personal journey for every Body. Gradually over time, layer by layer, the journey unfolds to us, as we maintain our trust in our deepest inner selves. Healing deeper requires prioritizing self-care on a daily and weekly basis. This has been the inspiration for Jen's group program that is now online: "My Body, My Temple".

No longer restricted by her own pain or rejecting the intensity of feeling, Jen guides you to activate your healing and empower you to be self-accountable in your holistic wellness.

During a bodywork or coaching session, Jen uses her sense of FEELING to be intuitively guided based on your body's feedback. Jen may not be able to help everyone, but appreciates the opportunity to have real communication on what is working and where, or if, we can improve the outcome of each session.

Jen completed her BA in Psychology in 2007, had hip surgery and physical therapies. In 2008 she was guided to the path of holistic healing from her earlier experiences in the military, from injuries and personal assaults. Over the years, her chronic pain was an ongoing challenge. She felt like something was missing and came to understand the body-mind connection and decided to heal herself. This brought her to uncovering her depths of buried and repressed emotions, negative self-talk and false core beliefs about her self-worth. Jen committed to changing everything she didn’t like about herself and found peace in the process.
